I am a teen at the age of 13 but I have a say in the rating. I volunteered and I am still volunteering at Centre Point and it is a fun, resident loving facility. The staff takes good care of the residents and makes them feel comfortable with the weekly game of bingo, music time or even milkshake hour.

This is not true , they do not take good care of the patients the over mnedicate them and sit them all in the hall ( passed out ) just so they wont even have to go to the rooms. They dont brush the patients teeth, mix up clothes, lets them sit in thier dirty beds, diapers, whatever for HOURS ! ! They dont follow Dr.s orders and makes the patients a lot worse coming out then they were going in .. IF THEY MAKE IT OUT ! !
