I placed my Grandmother in this facility because of the 5 star rating but little did I know the horrible care she would receive. When she discharged from there she had stage 3 wounds on her feet and after being there for 2 months she still was in the same shape as she was when she admitted. I would not recommend this facility to anyone not only because of the care but the administration never helped with any concerns we had.
