Dear friends,
So far I have tried to contact my mother at Benderson four times times following transfer from hospital. The first time the name could not be found; then I was disconnected. A few hours later, the phone disconnected directly, without a human voice. My next call went to the phone at Kobernick; he did not know where my mother might be, thought there was no one there, then responded when I explained she was a Kobernick resident. The phone call was transferred to Benderson. A woman politely answered, said it was hard to get the phone all that way, she would try. That led to the third disconnection. The next call went to the same operator I had spoken with in the afternoon, who again did not recognize my mother's name. When it was explained again she had been transferred from Memorial Hospital that day, he found the name and said he would put me through. That led to an anonymous phone answer message.
I am a doctor and identified myself that way each time. Communications appear to need improvement.
