Looks good on the outside. Have observed residents looking a bit dirty. Have been there numerous of times and call lights were not being answered. Observe just standing there. I also observed a nurse give a patient the wrong medication to come back later and say he gave a wrong medication. Would I mind not saying anything. I give this place a 0. Looks isn't everything when patients are going on uncared for.
