I have a loved one at the Springs of Lake Pointe Woods and find that the staff is loving and caring. The staff always smiles and provides excellent care to my mom. I have always found mom to be clean and well cared for, as well as the other people who are there. Mom has never complained about her call light not being answered, and when I am visiting, I do not see call lights on very much. I would never take my loved one anywhere else. Go and see for yourself and then make your choice.
