The facility ALWAYS smells like urine, no matter day, time, or month you visit. Building is old and lacking cheerful and up-dated decor.
Patient roommate placement is not usually the best for all concern, and difficult to resolve if you need to make a change.
Patient care, adequate but not what we wanted for our family member. Some days, no bath, change clothes, etc.
Most patients appear to require extensive care. Difficult for patients who are lucid to find companionship.
On positive note: staff is usually always friendly, but occassionally helpful if extra work involved.
