The only thing I can say is, dont ever put your mom or dad in this facility!!! I had various issues with the care and the fact my father had no medication for about at least 13 hours when he got to that place. My dad was told that he could do things himself by the care people and that he needed to stop calling for help when he did not need it and that he could do things for himself and did not need help. The nurses at night don't even speak English. I brought some of these issues to the attention of the general manager and the only thing she did was talk about what she had done in the other facility she was in. Dont ever put your family member in this place. Period!!!!!
