Just admitted my father to Simms earlier this week. I've been impressed with the facility, staff and activities. Even from the first two pre-admission visits, there was an atmosphere of care and compassion. I've spent two days there getting him settled and I could not be more pleased. He gained two pounds his first two days there. He was told they wanted his " spirit to smile on the inside like his face will on the outside," and that's just what has happened. It's early to give a review, but if the rest of his stay is half as good as the first few days, I'll be thrilled.
