I wish this star rating could go below one. The admissions director acts like she has your best interest at heart. When she visited my father in the hospital she told us it was NOT a psych facility any longer. From the moment we arrived it was a nightmare. People screaming all hours, numerous wheel chair bound patients (of all ages) parked at the nurses station, and no phones and televisions in the rooms. When I called the admissions director and complained she simply said "it shouldnt be that way. maybe they put you on the "long term care" floor." No, Dad was on the bottom floor which was rehab. This is a very scary place if you are aware of your surroundings.
