never anyone at the desk…on my visits no matter the time of day or night!!
try getting someone to answer the telephone…forget it..avg night it takes me at least six calls…some ring ten or more times before i am connected to a recording..and have to call again…latenight entry…you may stand 15 minutes to 30 minutes before anyone lets you in… residents crying in hallways, smell and equiptment, what so dirty & old…been trying to take family member out for sometime..no cooperation from staff…medical staff never around when needed. many folk are on medicaid and are paying there entire social security check…never see new towels, never see new wheel chairs, never,never get calls answered or complaints to admin answered…needs to be shut down asap !! not good…bad news !!
