I read the review from 2011. Poor grandma. Fortunately I believe this organization has changed for the better. My father in law was a rehab patient twice last year and again this year. He loved the staff and the overall care there. His average stay was 3 weeks each time and we visited multiple times during each stay. I am happy to say that I rarely ever saw anything that would require immediate staff attention.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
