As a Medicare provider to many skilled nursing facilities in Ocala and the surrounding counties, Palm Gardens of Ocala is by far and away a #1 facility I would rate this SNF with 5 STARS. It starts with their team from top to bottom. Their staff is caring, professional compassionate and extremely skilled. Jennifer Mikula the administrator and her staff, has in the past taken care of both my mother and step-father as though they were part of her own family. Her and her staff have always treated all of their residents with love and with the finest care imaginable.I have recommended many close friends to Palm Garden and they all raved about the all around care and the wonderful people who attended to their needs. .
