This the second rehabilitation my grandma has been in 3months and this facility is much worse on quality of service,bedside manner,information relay,bathroom response time.
There is no parking for guests, the employees use them all rather then the dedicated area off site with shuddle service to work
Poorly managed, It would not by my recommendation to use this facility

I never had a problem with parking. Had a good experience the first week mom was in for rehab. However her care went seriously down hill from there. I can write a book on this place. If a loved one has to go there… visit at LEAST one a week.
AND let all the nurses you are there checking… maybe your experience will be better.
