This facility appears to be very clean. But there's more than just hallways to look at. Check the restrooms and rooms, you'll find trash just sitting around. You'll find the patients sitting around too, unless someone important is walking around. Then the patients will be sitting in chairs or in the meeting places. Some nurses are helpful while others entertain themselves with lively chit chat. You must have thick skin to put up with their stares as you walk things to the laundry room. Hopefully you'll get your loved one clothes back. If you have questions you may have them answered, but don't hold your breath. When you think you have access to your loved one 24/7 as they tell you. Someone unplugs the phone periodically or when they just don't want to answer the phone. Overall, there's more than what meets the eye.
