The physical infrastructure is good, it is clean with a large dining room and an "Ice Cream" parlor as well as a TV lounge area unfortunately that is the only selling point. Nurses seem short staffed, when calling always told they are "making their med rounds" Case Manager gave me two weeks notice that my family member was being discharged. Did not offer any advice on where to put Mom after rehab was finished. Nurses tend to be quite rude, you have to constantly stay on them by calling frequently or showing up in person to get them to offer you any update on health of patient. Mom seems no better after being here.
