I have a loved one at Madison Pointe who suffers from Alzheimer's and am very pleased with the care she is receiving. She is treated with respect and kindness and is very happy there, or I should say as happy as anyone could be in a nursing home. They have activities and encourage their residents to participate and the entertainment they provide is good. They have quarterly meetings with the family to discuss any concerns we might have. Naturally there is always room for some improvement but overall, as nursing homes go, this is one of the nicest I have been to.
