Nurses aids speak little to no English, there are 2 aids that could be understood on the ALF side and 1 on the Skilled side. They provide unsafe care and complaints are not taken seriously by upper level management. Spend the extra money and place your loved in another facility.

Everything you say is true! One aide threw blanket over urinated bed, I discovered when putting Mom to bed, they didn't deny it. Night staff sits on their butts when more than one call light is on, been there and told them to get up and do their job. Another time Mom nauseas, asked aid for basis, got dusted bed pan. State says if they can't comprehend what a resident wants, they can't work position. Most aides so slow, laugh and make faces at residents, seen it call. CALL OMBUDSMAN PEOPLE, they make a difference.
