My mom was a resident in the alzheimers unit for many years. Carlene Dunn was the most caring nurse I have ever seen and very respected by our family as well as her peers. I wish she would come back to take care of our mother. Now I would rate the alzheimers unit a 2 simply because Nina is the unit manager and she is always gone I even showed up to visit my mom one day and I went looking for her and she was nowhere to be found, I have issues about missing personal items,never able to get any answers from her medical answers about my mom.It seems like she is only in this work for herself I personally do not think that she cares for the residents she looks at this position she is only in it for the paycheck.What kind of company would let a heartless person take care of these residents. Bring back Carlene Dunn for a 5 star review.
