Review of Nursing Center at Mercy, The

My father was in the nursing center at mercy. The incompetent nurses let him discharge himself without question, and then while he was missing immediately tried to steer the blame away from themselves towards me, acting as if we were the suspicious ones, meanwhile my mentally ill father could have been out hurting himself or others because they and they alone let a patient with mental health issues escape so easily. I have never EVER EVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT MERCY. THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC, DETERIOTING, AND ITS STAFF HAVE ZERO COMPASSION AND THE ONLY THING THEY ARE EXPERTS AT IS DEFLECTING LIABILITY. IF YOU CAN AFFORD A REAL HOSPITAL STAY AWAY. I would especially like to call out Dr. Ortiz, who while my father was missing and possibly hurting himself was very rude and obsessed with the fact that my name was not on the chart. Who gives a f*** about the chart your incompetent nurses just let a patient escape? Another nurse said I was suspicious, all while my father was missing. I hope the place burns down. Worst hospital in Miami, and that's saying ALOT. These people who keep giving it 5 stars have never received real medical treatment.
