Florida Club Care is by far the WORST Nursing Facility. Why? Well lets see, I know of a patient that is on the third floor that receives the worst treatment. Example #1: A patient who is not physically able to walk, waits on a nurse for who know's how many hours, to the point where she's crying to use the bathroom. What type of BS is that?!! Non-stop calls about patient falling on the floor. It's noon and patient isn't dressed, yet. Every time a family member brings in clothes for their loved one, somehow it ends up missing. This facility holds patients of different ethnicities, So why aren't there more nurses who speak their language. How are you supposed to know what's wrong with the patient, if you can NOT communicate properly. If you are NOT able to give me comprehendible feed back on YOUR patient, then you do not need to be caring for them. Now, please tell me if this facility deserves a 5 star rating.
