This place needs so much help! The Nurses and especially the CNA’s are Sooooo…. indifferent to most of the patients, whom are mostly elderly and unable to move, eat, go to the bathroom and think for themselves! They are constantly yelling and shouting throughout the corridors like they are in a park or in a barn! Not a place of Peace and Tranquility like it should be, day and night! Is a place with NO compassion and no heart! All the employees at Harmony should be having training on how to better deal with these patients! And there SHOULD be consequences to the staff that do not comply if things do not improve! For the owner this is a Business, but is important not to forget that we are dealing with Human beings not a warehouse of 203 boxes, there are 203 patients!
