My father was at this horrible facility for less than two months. He passed away after going to the worst treatment anyone can go through in their live. My DAD came to this facility walking and within a week he felt and broke his femur. I never receive a report and It seems that no body knew what happens to him I have found him laying in his own waste on numerous occasions. The staff is the worst, they are rude and disrespectful especially the nurses and cna's can hardly speak English. My father is fed through a peg and has lost a lot of weight. This has been due to poor nutrition, he was malnurisht and dehydrated. The whole administration (nurses, cna's, doctors, personnel) at this facilty is poorly managed. My fathers clothing have even been stolen from his draws. I have had to replace practically everything for him. My DAD is gone thanks to the STAFF of South Pointe Plaza.
