Horrible place. Administrator is all talk, no action. Social worker is doesn't care - she wants to keep beds filled for census. Director of nursing doesn't care - she collecting a pay check & seldom leaves her office to observe what is going on. The unit nurse manager is a corporate do boy - needs a paycheck and will say anything but not follow thru. The CNAs are a bunch of high school drop outs who received training on stage aided programs. They don't speak proper English and have very poor work habits. Come to work late - let the next shift do it. Neglect patients. Let them sit in feces diapers all day. Too lazy to change them. The nurses on the floor have no authority over CNAs. The facility needs to clean house and hire people who care & want to assist the sick, elderly residents.
