Worst experience of my life. Everyday my mom declined and the nursing staff did not do anything. Arranged a Health Care Plan and discussed concerns with staff. Ask them to test for a urinary tract infection. One nurse told me we were just waiting for results and the next day nurse told me they had the results and she did have an urinary tract infection. Went in next day and found out they never took a urine sample! Took 7 days for her to treat getting treated for infection. Physical therapist told that if she didn’t do her physical therapy then she would just go to long term care. She was so sick from urinary tract infection she couldn’t do the physical therapy. She started to get really bad and could not eat or drink and asked them to please have a doctor look at her. The doctor sent her to the emergency room. We were then able to get her into another facility and she is recovered quickly. I believe she would have died if she did not get out of there

Unfortunately, while not for the same reasons my experience was similar. The minute there is patient compliance issues, regardless of why, protocol remains at the forefront of the minds of the individuals working at this facility and those needing an elevated level of care lose valuable time and regress to a point of needing readmission to a hospital to stabilize their condition.
