This nursing home was recommended by someone I know, so it was at the top of my list when helping a friend get placed. The tour went well and everyone seemed nice and asked good questions. I was very disappointed with the admissions process. Important calls were said to have been made when they were not, even though it was known that we were hoping to place our friend as quickly as possible. Communication was not good. They are a small company and not seemingly capable of dealing with anyone that has a situation that might be in the least out-of-the-ordinary. They weren't even willing to make a fair attempt at trying to make our friend admissible. I don't think I am disappointed that she was rejected.
