When my mom first was admitted to Consulate Health Care at Lake Parker she was put in a bed without side rails. Then she was put out in the hallway and transferred from one bed to another Most of the nurses were very nice and helpful.
If it was lunch time or dinner and had to go the bathroom oh well lunch trays came before nursing care. They did not have a team to distribute trays. The nurses had to help with trays. I think this is poor management as nothing should come before patients.If I had known this was the practice of this place my mother would have never went there.
