The facility is kept in nice shape and clean. There are many activities for the residents. The staff is generally cheery and helpful. From time to time, they find themselves overwhelmed, but I would not want to be in their place. They put up with a lot of difficult situations every day. Patients live there because they cannot properly take care of themselves, and their families are not equipped to take care of them, so the degree of strength, dedication, and love that anyone working there has to have to take care of the patients is greater than most of us could muster.
Their equipment is adecquate. It may not be fancy, but they have what is necessary to help the patients.
Although they will not be able to please everyone all of the time, people with reasonable expectations will find this an ideal facility for rehabilitation and for long term care of individuals who cannot care for themselves.
