The staff is very nice and responds quickly. The major problems I found were two: 1) getting your meds at the right time. I.e., diabetic meds - it's essential to get insulin before meals and pill after meal. This was not followed. Also, being awakened at 6 am for Omeprazole was totally unnecessary. It is a pill I take with breakfast. 2) the food is awful, fit for homeless dogs. They steam their eggs and don't taste nor do they have the consistency of eggs. Other meals not appeasing in appearance and sometimes unhealthy. They should learn from Jamie Oliver for a winning, healthy meals.
