The worst, I personally saw a member of the staff hit a poor old lady, I had to take out my mom today, one of the therapist punch the door after my mom refuse to change her dress, very abrasive staff. The food was nauseating. I don't know how this place is open. Why the federal government give the permission to operate?. Don't put a love one in that place.

At the Oaks of Kissimmee we take all possible allegations seriously. If this statement is true that staff member would be terminated once reported. Oaks of Kissimmee is a four star facility and focuses on quality care for all of it's residents. Our dining service has recently been upgraded to meet the needs of our residents and food satisfaction has improved. Management will take the time to listen to any of your concerns if brought to their attention.
