Review of Harts Harbor Health Care Center

I rate this facility a one. The nursing staff need additional training to care for the residents with ostomy and trachotomy. Inproper handwashing technique. Not enough supplies in inventory to care for every resident. Not enough towels for each resident to have a bath. False documentation. Wound treatments not accurate for residents assessments. Nursing assistants do not follow the policy and procedure for monitoring, turn and reposition, or additional care for residents. Equipment is faulty or does not work.
