i had my grandfather placed here for rehab…had to remove him after 3 days staff was not answering the light one time it rang for over 10min….i tried to address the issue with the nha/don but there doors were always closed and they were never around to help me with my issues…my grandfather was sent the wrong diet on his food tray, than god he knew enough not to eat it since he os a servere diabetic…..i addresses the issue with the unit mgr but im sure nothing got done ….this place is nasty dont send your family here please!!!!!!
