One of my family friend's were there for rehab and it was a very bad experience, CNA's was not answering call lights they just walk by and pass them, Nurses busy with other patient's and don't answer call lights,and others resident's just sit by the nurse station in their wheel chairs in a line or in a room by the nurse station soiled. The halls smells bad at times to the point you can tell resident's are not being change in a timely manner. We called several times in the afternoon and the phone do not get answered. I was told by a staff member that they are always under staffed and under paid.I would not ever put my family member in this nursing home unless you plan on visiting several times a day to ensure their safety.
