This is the worst facility ever. If you have a relative here and want them to live, remove them immediately. I am currently preparing a complaint with the state and will be filing a lawsuit within a month. My wife fell a total of 6 times and left there with a brail lesion, their response is she would not do what they told her or she wouldn't pay attention. And that is just the begining, they failed to talk to our family doctor and find out her history and I'm not even sure if she ever got to see a doctor while she was there since I couldn't get a straight answer to anything.
