The overall experience with the facility was great. The staff are all very knowledgable and helpful, except for one person. After speaking with the administrator, this problem person was no longer involved in the health care of my father.
One other thing that would get lower rating would be that for some reason, garbage is picked up from rooms somewhere between 3 and 4 A.M. Why??
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laurel Pointe to anyone.
