I have been here on two occasions recently for a month each time. I have tremendous difficulty remembering my locations starting July 3rd of this year. I have been in the hospital (Lee Memorial) numerous times. I was transferred here at Signature in September 7 to October 27th of this year. I had no use of my legs initially. I was admitted again at Lee Memorial on October 30th and remained there for a week. I came to Signature November 6,2012 where I remain today to be discharged tomorrow. On each occasion I was bed ridden, unable to walk. Immediately began therapy at Signature learning to walk. I am now able to walk without impairment. That is thanks to the excellent care of Signaure rehab staff. The therapy staff had been most instrumental in my return to health. However, every staff member of Signature has contributed to my recovery. They have restored me to being the healthiest I have been in probably 2 years. I should be forever grateful.
