Review of Oaktree Healthcare

there is to many falls from residents.to many bed sours.staff do not answer call bells right away.nursing stealing residents meds nothing is done about it.cnas only do what they have to and not to the residents ether. the building need a lot of work done insdie and out i whould never put my mother or father in a place like this.its more of a dump then anything nursing home ive ever seen
