The only thing I have a gripe about is not doing the job that was told to me that would be done. My mother was in there, and was to receive home care when she was released. I even have the papers that say it. It has been 2 weeks, and no one has called to set anything up. I called the place of the people that were supposed to come, and they have never received the paperwork from Indigo. I also have a daughter that had her grandmother in-law in the same facility with a broken leg. She was released 2 days before my mother, and she was restricted to be on her leg. No weight bearing on it. She was supposed to have home health also, and until her daughter called and complained to the doctor that no one had been to see her yet, he put in an order for it, and then someone finally showed up. She also was home for 2 weeks before someone came. I have called the Indigo to complain and find out why nothing has been done, and didn't speak to anybody, just left a message for the administrator to call me back. I am very displeased at the person doing this job. Other than that, the staff was very nice and helpful, and friendly. If this is the way they run things out there, I would not recommend it. If anybody would need help when they leave, they won't get it because of incompetent people.
