Bed sheets were not changed. They didn't bathe or even sponge bathe my mother. The food was horrible. The staff was not very attentive. They over-medicated her to the point that she didn't even know that I was there with her. After requesting staff to come to her room. Finally somebody came in to give her narcan. I asked about taking her to an emergency room. They said she will be fine. They insisted that we come to pick her up and she passed away 3 hours later.
