Cleanliness of the facility appears to be good, however, while my loved one was in their care contracted C diff infection and died. (within 2 weeks) i didn't think to look at the inspection reports by the Health Department or even know that there were inspection reports.
The Doctor came late at night when i couldn't speak to them or ask questions about the treatment plan and progress. I would have liked to know what the attending hours were prior to admitting.
This facility need training on infection control. I witnessed un-gloved hands by doctors and nursing staff touching my loved one, which could have been the potential source of infection which lead to death.

yes i agree the housekeeping is the best thing about this place.
Yes housekeeping does a great job, however you are right about the rest of the staff doing their part of infection control.
