Before you believe me you can see what the state and Feds think go to www.medicare.com. One star in all areas except one staffing. Yet the only positive review is by the Administrator. She states the bad reviews are from "disgruntled" employees. When I took her challenge and walked trough it smelled like urin and feces. Many patients had food on thier clothing @ 3 pm. In fact a nurse tored myself instead of caring for thier patients. The few alert patients I spoke with complained about food also expressing empathy for the aids who had 16 people to care for. No smiles could be found on staff only forced smiles by patients saying hello. STAY AWAY
