the worst nurses aids work at this facility. When you complain about their behavior etc, the Nurses say they will not listen to them and do what they are told. My husband has seen a doctor since December. Dr. Merek, I dont even know if that is the correct spelling, does not have the courtesy to return my calls.
I could not see my husband due to my own health issues and tried repeately via phone to get this woman to call me back. As of June 8, 2012 I still have not heard from her. I have advise Avante that if I do not hear from her today, I am turing in a formal complaint to the Medical Review Board.
Because of insurance and financial issues I must leave my husband here, but I do not sleep nights worrying about his safety.
Why are these places still open and operating when they have such a low rating. Does no one care for our elderly, sick and infirmed????
