The previous reviewer was absolutely correct; there is a definite culture problem amongst the staff here, as they do not treat each other with respect. This is very short-sighted behavior for healthcare professionals to engage in. Any tension that they create permeates through their environment. What a horrible atmosphere for people trying to improve their health and quality of life! When I was visiting my grandfather there, I could've cut the tension with a knife. I wanted to get a massage when I left.
This organization has a dire need for more education for the staff (it's everyone- nurses, doctors, social workers, therapists) on professional behavior and nonverbal communication! Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity!
