Terrible place. Understaffed. The figures here with regard to CNA to resident ratio are incorrect. At times it is 1 CNA to 11 residents. With a couple of exceptions, staff is apathetic and not at all helpful.

I FIND THERE STAFFING WITH IN THE REQUIRE OF THE STATE AND ABOVE STAFFING AT TIMES. THEY ARE CARING PEOPLE FROM NURSING TO MAINTANCE DEPT.
Thank you for the feedback…we are always looking to improve our performance..our goal is a 10 on customer service..staffing ratios adjust to the number of residents and the acuity levels…we strive to go beyond the state mandated hours..and are currently higher than other faciities in the area…always remember when you are in a facility please address the issues that you have immediately …that way the experience and understanding is better…
