This is a poorly operated facility. They do not take pride in their jobs over here and do not provide adequate care for their residents. Once a resident speaks out then the staff decides to take the residents dignity and pride by bad mouthing them and mistreating them. The staff comes to work for an easy check and that's that. If your care about your loved one don't send them here because they are guaranteed to die here. They are very negligent and I have experienced times where a resident has fallen out the bed and they asked me to help them. I refused because of civilian suits that can be brought against me for helping and something goes wrong. They are THE WORSE PLACE TO BE. I AM RATING THEM WITH NO STARS DESERVED!!!!
