This review is based on my relative we will say(no names used) has been in there for several years. (in fear of retaliation)
1.) This place has gone from good to bad- to the worst place to stay.
2.) The staff, the aides (not all-some do still have a heart) are not nice to the patients.
3.) The aids would rather get lost somewhere or talk/text on the cell phones.(lazy)
4.) There are suppose to be 10 Aides on the floor and for some time now; there are only usually 2 to 3 per any given day. That is 10 -15 patients per Aide. It seems like the Aides run the place.
5.) In the long run the patients suffer.
Therefore I can not give it a star maybe a 1/2 out of 5.
6.) Very sad, the worst part is the elderly get used to the place, the familiarly of it all at that age and are afraid to go into another place. I read some other reviews and cant believe the high rating Maefair g\has gotten.
