This facility has a very poor operation. A close relative of mine actually fell out of their bed recently and suffered head trauma of which no family members were contacted (although they state it on the records). Neither were the doctors notified. As a result, my relative had to undergo surgery and if it wasn't for my noticing a difference in their disposition, nothing would have been done to have images done. The staff is not friendly and not very attentive to residents especially at night when traffic through there is slow. I would never ever recommend someone I care about to stay here. This was very disappointing.
