My rating for this organization is a 1. This company was taken over in October 2011 and they don't treat their employees fairly. In addition, their residents are lacking due to the staff ratio and low morale. Corporation has chosen to look the other way and make demands on their staff that they know can't be met. I feel that if this company does not change their ways then this company will not survive.
