Quite simply Aurora senior living have put profits before patient care. They recently acquired the home and have drastically cut staff to unsafe levels. To achieve larger profits, they have constructively terminated competent staff in order to hire inexperienced staff at lower wages. If you care about your loved one, you would be well advised to look elsewhere for placement. Since they acquired the home they have threatened competent with termination making for a very uncomfortable environment for both staff and care givers. An extra-legal tactic that they have used to terminate competent staff is: increasing their work load to humanly impossible levels and then claiming below par work performance. Aurora senior living of Norwalk have no decency. They should not be in the business of caring for our elderly population. They are swindling their elderly clientele by receiving large profits for sub par services.

I totaly agree with this statement, this company is decieving and is creating a very HOSTALE working enviorment for all staff, everbody is walking on pins and needles worring about there jobs which is a very bad mixture when they are trying to care for your loved ones. they have lied and deceted everyone in this building ,from family members to the residents them selves, upper managment to all levels of staffing. It is all about cuts, doing more with less. and it is going to bring this place crashing down. ALL LIES and more lies, Isn't it illegal to swindle someone?\
