My father was a resident of Cassena Care for one week for comfort care.
For the most part the care he was given was good, but I believe it could have been a lot better.
On one of my visits, of which I was there twice a day, I found him with his head dangling off the bed and his feet dangling on the floor on the opposite side of the bed. I don't know how long he was in that position, but it was rather upsetting to see him like that.
The staff finally moved him to a room that was closer to the nurses station, so that they could keep a better eye on him.
I believe that the staff at Cassena Care are trying to make the residents stay there a better experience, but I think they have a long way to go to do so.
