Staff to busy to take the time to truly care for residents and their needs. They get real defensive when questioned on anything. I observed call lights on for over 30 minutes sometimes while nurses sat around laughing at nurses station. I observed some residents asking for water several times and it not being provided. Very dirty facility as well. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Most of the residents seemed like they were drugged up when walking into the facility. This is there way to keep them quiet I guess. Very sad place. Feels like your walking into a human trash can plant.
